We can come to you - if you have an existing facility or equipment, our professional coaches can design a program based around this and provide expert supervision during nominated times

Come to us - our facilities us to design programs that are both fun and functional and our variety of equipment provides almost endless options. The fact that we have a large indoor spacee means that our sessions are unaffected by weather conditions meaning no missed sessions!

About our Sessions

Whether we come to you or you come to us, all our programs will include exercises to specifically target an individuals: Flexibility, Stability, Cardio and Strength. The programs are designed to allow people to work at their own pace/intensity whilst still allowing everyone to exercise as one group creating a friendly, exciting atmosphere that will leave people feeling energised and refreshed whilst still providing a good workout.

1-Day Performance Lifestyle Camp

Are you looking for a team building exercise?  Perhaps you want to do something for your team that is different; an activity that could make a difference to their lives.Rally the troups and sign them up for this highly productive, motivational and hopefully inspirational day of exercise, eduation and fun.  Participants will enjoy the serenity of Chandler at the Sleeman Sports Complex under the direction and coaching of Acceleration at Brisbane East.   With this Performance Lifestyle Camp you can expect each person to feel and move better by the end of the day, to learn something about their bodies, to know more about nutrition + exercise and to perhaps go away knowing a coworker a bit better.
